The Insight LA Meditation site is a Los Angeles Insight Meditation site founded by Trudy Goodman Kornfield. It offers blogs and guided meditations as well as retreats.

The Insight Meditation Society is the oldest Vipassana Center in the United States. It was founded by Joseph Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg and Jack Kornfield and opened on February 14 1976.
